In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Bennett & Lowe. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective item and provide photographic evidence of the defect.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Bennett & Lowe does not refund return shipping fees and is not liable for any costs associated with the return process.
No Returns on Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale are non-returnable. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the wrong size is ordered. Please make sure you select the correct size before making your purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@bennettandlowe.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is defective
- Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for the next steps
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible and include the completed return form
- Ship the item to the return address provided in your approval email
Returns that do not include a correctly filled-out return form cannot be processed.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
