Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your item and size, and click Add to Cart. Then proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. Contact us at support@bennettandlowe.com within that window. After 24 hours, your order has already been processed by our fulfillment partner and can no longer be changed or cancelled. You can still return eligible items once your order arrives.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free tracked shipping on all orders.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order here.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Please check your tracking link first. If there's no update for 5 business days, contact us at support@bennettandlowe.com and we'll look into it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached. Returns are shipped to our overseas fulfillment warehouse. See our Return Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@bennettandlowe.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you the instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return, to your original payment method.
Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Check the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What sizes do you carry?
Most of our collections are available in sizes XS through 3XL.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, processed securely through Whop Payments.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
Your statement will show WHOP*BENNETTANDLOWE or Bennett & Lowe.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption, and your payment details are never stored on our servers.
