Mobile Terms of Service

The Bennett & Lowe mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Levina Commerce LLC ("Bennett & Lowe", "we", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may change or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect means you accept those changes.

Messages You Will Receive
By opting in to Bennett & Lowe's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Bennett & Lowe at the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

  • Service messages may include order confirmations, shipping updates, and other information about your order.
  • Promotional messages may include new arrivals, special offers, and reminders, such as items left in your cart.

Consent Is Not Required to Purchase
You do not have to sign up for text messages to make a purchase. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase, and participation is completely voluntary.

Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies. We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details.

How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by clicking the unsubscribe link where available. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. If you are subscribed to more than one Bennett & Lowe message program, you may need to opt out of each program separately.

Changes to Our Number
We may change the phone number or short code used for the Service and will notify you if we do. Messages sent to a number we no longer use, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please provide a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you will need to sign up again with your new number. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, or for any errors in the information sent through the Service.

Privacy
